Moosach

The apartment is located in the district of Munich-Moosach directly on the border to Untermenzing. The quiet but central location and the excellent transport links make Moosach one of the most popular residential areas in the Bavarian capital. Spacious single and multi-family houses and numerous green spaces characterize the appearance of the district in the north of Munich.

The landscape protection area "Angerlohe" as a natural forest is about 1 km away and is an extremely popular local recreation area. Several bathing lakes, such as the Fasaneriesee or the Lerchenauer See, can be easily reached by bike and are particularly popular with families with children.
