Munich - Putzbrunn
The semi-detached house is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Putzbrunn. The municipality of Putzbrunn is located 15 kilometers south-east of Munich. Putzbrunn has around 6,500 inhabitants, making it the smallest neighboring municipality of the Bavarian state capital. The rural idyll on site offers a family-friendly environment and yet the place is well connected in terms of transport.
It only takes a few minutes by car to get to the "München Süd" motorway junction (A9, A99). A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the semi-detached house. Buses run from there to the center of Putzbrunn. The 55 bus takes you to the PEP shopping center in Neuperlach in 13 minutes, from where you can take the U 5, U 7 and U 8 underground trains to the center of Munich and the main train station. There is also a bus stop for express buses five minutes' walk from the apartment. The number 212 X buses run to Ottobrunn every 20 minutes, with a journey time of around 8 minutes. In Ottobrunn there are all types of schools from elementary school to high school. In Putzbrunn itself there is also a primary school as well as kindergartens and day-care centers. The 203 X-buses go to Haar within 7 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn lines S 4 and S 6 run to Ostbahnhof, Marienplatz and Hauptbahnhof, among others.
