Munich – Au
The Au is located - close to the city center - on the eastern Isar high terrace. With the Kolumbusplatz subway stop, the district has a direct connection to the public transport network. A piece of traditional everyday culture has survived in the Au to this day. For example, the Auer Dult still takes place three times a year on Mariahilfplatz. Whether crockery, antiques or bric-a-brac, you can browse to your heart's content at the numerous stalls and stands. The Isar and the Isar River Park as well as the Schyrenbad, which is picturesquely located on the river, can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. All shops for daily needs as well as doctors, pharmacies and schools are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The famous beer garden “Am Nockherberg” is also just a stone’s throw away.
