The unrented, furnished 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor of a very well-maintained residential complex. A passenger elevator is of course available. The apartment impresses with its quiet location and a beautiful view to the south of the green inner courtyard.

You enter the apartment via the hallway, which also offers space for the wardrobe. On the left is the bathroom with the bathtub.

The city of Oberschleißheim is the most populous municipality in the Munich district. The infrastructure in Oberschleißheim is extremely good due to the many companies in the city.
