The apartment is located in Munich-Neuhausen, not far from the Fresenius University and the Munich University of Applied Sciences, right on the district border with Nymphenburg. In this charming location, you can enjoy both the student-cultural flair of Neuhausen and the bourgeois coziness of Nymphenburg to the fullest. The Munich University of Applied Sciences and the Fresenius University are only a few tram stops away from the apartment. The LMU and the TU are also easily accessible.

The U1 connects the district directly to the public transport network. Neuhausen is a very popular residential area. The district has well-preserved buildings from the Wilhelminian and interwar period. In addition to a wide variety of culinary options, the district also has all the shops you need for your daily needs. Doctors and pharmacies are also easy to reach on foot and within a very short time.

The nearest tram station is just a few minutes' walk from the property and is located on Heideckstrasse. From there you can get to the city center and to Munich's universities and colleges quickly and easily. By car, the Mittlerer Ring and thus Munich's motorway bypass, with connections to the A99 towards the Bavarian Alpine foothills, can be reached in just a few minutes.
