Munich - Sendling - Thalkirchen

The "New Sendling" is a distinctive residential complex in an area that will become an insider tip! The potential of the area between Sendling and Thalkirchen is huge. Tenants benefit from a first-class infrastructure between the two districts, the proximity to Harras and the Isar. They live in a quieter area than in busy, trendy districts of Munich such as Schwabing or Lehel.
The distances are short - a Rewe supermarket, bakeries, doctors and pharmacies are all within walking distance. The connection to public transport is optimal. Bus stop no. 134 (Flößergasse) is right in front of the residential complex. The U3 (Obersendling stop) is also not far away. In just a few minutes you can be in Thalkirchen and Marienplatz (main line) by subway. The S-Bahn (Mittersendling station) is also in the immediate vicinity. If you are travelling by car, you can take the Mittlerer Ring to the A95 or the A995 to the A8 and the Munich East ring road.
