Munich - Sendling - Thalkirchen
The "Neues Sendling" is a formative residential ensemble in an area that will develop into an insider tip! The potential of the area between Sendling and Thalkirchen is huge. Tenants benefit from a first-class infrastructure between the two parts of the city, the proximity to Harras and the Isar. At the same time, they live more quietly than in heavily frequented trendy areas of Munich such as Schwabing or Lehel.

The distances are short - for example, a Rewe, bakeries, doctors and pharmacies are within walking distance. The connection to public transport is optimal. Bus stop no. 134 (Flößergasse) is right in front of the residential ensemble. The U3 (stop Obersendling) is not far either.
