Munich - Sendling - Thalkirchen
The "Neues Sendling" is a distinctive residential ensemble in an area that will become an insider tip! The potential of the area between Sendling and Thalkirchen is huge. Tenants benefit from first-class infrastructure between the two districts, the proximity to Harras and the Isar. They live more quietly than in heavily frequented inner districts of Munich such as Schwabing or Lehel.
The distances are short - for example, a Rewe, bakeries, doctors and pharmacies are within walking distance. The connection to local public transport is optimal. Bus stop number 134 (Flößergasse) is directly in front of the residential complex. The U3 (Obersendling stop) is also not far. In just a few minutes you can reach Thalkirchen and Marienplatz (main route) by subway. The S-Bahn (Mittersendling station) is also in the immediate vicinity.
