Munich - Blumenau

The apartment is located in the west of Munich in the idyllic Blumenau. Blumenau is a settlement area in the Hadern district between Pasing and Laim. In the nearby shopping center you will find all shops for your daily needs as well as various charming cafés and restaurants. There is also a weekly market once a week.

The immediate area offers two playgrounds, one of which is an adventure playground. In Blumenau there is also a primary school and a middle school as well as a municipal and a church kindergarten. There are secondary schools in the neighboring districts of Pasing and Laim. Medical care is excellent due to the proximity to the Großhadern Clinic.

The transport connections in Blumenau are very good. A bus stop is practically right in front of the front door. Bus number 168 takes you to Laimer Platz within five minutes. From there, U6 trains travel to Munich Central Station within 8 minutes and to Munich city center within 10 minutes. By car you can quickly get to the A 96 towards Lindau.
