The Pasinger villa colony, located in the west of Munich, is one of the most exclusive residential areas in the Bavarian capital. The garden city character typical of the founder of the villa colony, August Exter, is omnipresent in the area surrounding the property. From there you can easily and quickly reach Munich city center using both the S-Bahn (main route) and the tram.
