Unterhaching commercial area

The commercial property on offer is located in the Unterhaching commercial area on Grünwalder Weg. Unterhaching is an independent municipality south of Munich that has 25,000 inhabitants and is the location of numerous businesses. In addition to the Asian communications company Phicomm, which is currently in the process of moving its European headquarters to Unterhaching, long-established companies such as Develey Senf & Feinkost and Wrigley (Mars GmbH) are also based in Unterhaching.
In the commercial area itself there is a garden center, a hardware store, an electronics store as well as discount stores, supermarkets and a Holiday Inn. Unterhaching is extremely popular as a company location, not least because the municipal trade and property tax rates are well below the state and district average. But the extraordinarily good connection to the German highway network, with direct access to the A 8 and A 995, and the immediate proximity to Munich also have a strong appeal for companies of all kinds.
