Hardly any district in Munich has developed as positively as Feldmoching in terms of living and quality of life in recent years. This district, located in the north of the Bavarian capital, offers you the best infrastructure in addition to numerous green areas. From the "Hasenbergl" subway station, which is within walking distance, a subway (U2) runs every five minutes towards the city center (journey time 30 minutes). The “Feldmoching” S-Bahn stop is also within easy walking distance. From there, trains on line S1 also run to the airport (journey time: 40 minutes). The surrounding area can be explored by bike, on foot or by bus.

The nearest bus stop is just a stone's throw from the apartment. Buses 60 and 171 stop there. The connection from Feldmoching to the motorway network is also very good. Schools (primary, middle, secondary and comprehensive schools as well as high schools) and kindergartens are also on site.
