The apartment is located in Munich-Neuhausen, near the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and Munich University of Applied Sciences, right on the border with the Nymphenburg district. This attractive location allows you to enjoy both the vibrant student atmosphere of Neuhausen and the more traditional charm of Nymphenburg. Munich University of Applied Sciences and Fresenius University of Applied Sciences are just a few tram stops away.

The U1 subway line connects the district directly to the public transport network. Neuhausen is a very popular residential area and boasts well-preserved buildings from the Wilhelminian and interwar periods.
